Located in Tanah Lot, the two storey villa sits on a small cliff above a river just 100m from the beach. Surrounded by lush rice paddy fields and coconut groves on all sides, with sweeping panoramic views of the ocean, the mountains and the rural hinterland of Bali, it is only 10 minutes from the Nirwana Golf Course, one of the most beautiful and challenging courses in Asia and a short drive from Canggu, and chic Seminyak with its boutiques, bars and restaurants.

The entrance way features a grand staircase and large antique French doors, with their original glass, have been used throughout the house and a large, covered, marble terrace verandah with plenty of antique tables and chairs runs the length of the house downstairs.
