We are located in the heart of Big Sur, on the ocean side of Highway 1 on the hillside just above the River Inn Village neighboring Andrew Molera State Park.The quiet and sunny room is equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker including  complementary coffee and dishes.

The full bath comes with  towels, shampoo and soap.We purposefully do not offer cable TV, but have a new flat screen TV and a nice selection of US and foreign films waiting for you in the studio.

You have your own private entry and outside area with lounging chairs, an outdoor fireplace and a beautiful distant ocean view right where the sun goes down.

If you feel like having a BBQ, a gas grill is part of our guest studio’s amenities as well.It would take you a short walk/ drive down our private road to get to the River Inn Restaurant and Hotel with public pool as well as the village shops.
